It seems amazing that on this planet full of people, many of us can go days without speaking to anyone. It's sad, and it's unnecessary.
There are people who care whether or not you live or die, they're just hard to find.
People are fallible. They make mistakes. They give us the wrong impression sometimes, they make unintended facial expressions, they say one thing and do something else. People are individuals. People are inherently selfish. It is a survival instinct, self-preservation. To look out for oneself before anything else. Because who can you take care of or help if you cannot help yourself?
Whatever the reason may be, it doesn't make the hurt from the social stings smart any less.
In bipolarity disorders, it seems a trend. Being over critical, consistently ashamed, and just more prone to deprecate themselves in general, means you're a certain number percentage more likely to be bipolar. Bipolar is an effective disorder.
If you've ever had problems with effect and affect, here's one good way to work it out.
An affect, and psychology is kind of like a buff for humans. Have you ever played the sims? Well, in regards to schizophrenia of bipolar, there's something called a flat affect, that means they have a neutral buff.
No expression.
No affect.
Some of these buffs last a long time, like psychosis, a type of affect. It affects who you are, your decision-making skills, your moral goals and compass, and your general ability to deal with stress.
What to do when you don't know what to do (or) the shit you've been doing to frantically distract yourself becomes played out...
That's a hell of a header, but I needs to be talked about. Not right now. I gotta think it through a bit. But let's put a pin in it for now.
